Microsoft Authenticator Guide

Downloading the Microsoft Authenticator on your cellular device will allow you to select Approve each time you need to authenticate without having to enter the 6-digit code each time.

Please follow the steps below to configure Microsoft Authenticator

Download Microsoft Authenticator from your app store
Microsoft respects your privacy, select Accept
Disable Help improve the app by sharing your app usage data and select Continue
Select Add work or school account
Enter your SPCC email address
Enter your Password
Select a Verification method
Account added, select Finish
You will now have the option to select Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app when prompted to Verify your identity
Select Approve on the Microsoft Authenticator application
