How to look up your device name and other specifications

When reaching out to IT support, you may be asked to list your device's name or other specifications so that the team will know how to uniquely identify your device.

1. Open up your Settings.

2. In your Settings, go to System.

3. Select About

4. In the About section, you'll be able to view your device's name, and other specifications such as device ID, installed RAM, system type, operating system type, and edition.
